Really enjoyed our stay here the reception was lovely Nice snacks on table with coffee capsules plus milk Really convenient location 3 stops on number 5 or 9 tram Map was ready for us when we arrived with information about Prague The apartment is clean and big with view over city The only downside is the bar 2 doors away not noisy but the piss on footpath everywhere it’s dirty Shame that bar is there everything else is perfect The restaurant on Main Street was fabulous another tip from hotel Do stay u won’t be disappointed for the price

“Convenient place to stay.”

We stayed a few nights here when visiting Prague. We upgraded to a larger apartment and were pleased we had. Reception staff were delightful, very helpful and informative, and kindly left a Welcome basket of snacks in our room. We had a problem with the heating, which couldn't immediatly be fixe... more

We stayed a few nights here when visiting Prague. We upgraded to a larger apartment and were pleased we had. Reception staff were delightful, very helpful and informative, and kindly left a Welcome basket of snacks in our room. We had a problem with the heating, which couldn't immediatly be fixed, so we were offered a different apartment. We chose not to move as only 1 night left of our stay. Everywhere was clean, our only problem was that we both have problems with our backs, and we found the bed very hard. There is a lovely cafe just along the road serving excellent breakfasts every day, and simple evening meals in the week.

Plus Points Since we were arriving on Friday night, we had arranged for airport pick-up by their driver (25 Euros) at the airport, the driver picked us and also helped us in finding the apartment keys, and opening the main door. The handwritten note left by the reception ladies on the small dining table along with some milk and eatables were pleasantly welcoming. We met the staff at reception on Monday, and the registration formalities were conducted smoothly. Location of the apartment is quite close enough to a tram / bus station from where you can take connections to all major places in Prague. Apartment is also close enough to the central train station of Prague. The apartment is private and non-smoking. Good. Minus Points The quality of beds, pillows and mattresses in this apartment are really bed. The bed spreads were torn and had holes. The beds were unstable, and would easily move with slight movement. Therefore sleep quality is bad. Cleaning is never done until you leave the apartment (even if you stay for 5 days or more). So in 5 days the apartment floor and else looks really unclean how hard you try to keep it clean. On top of it, you cannot even clean it yourself, since there is no vacuum cleaner or anything else for cleaning in the apartment. The bathroom cum toilet is very small and does not have a basic tap or hand shower. It has a fixed head shower which you must use, say if you want to wash your feet, I would not say this is a completely furnished apartment, I would rather say, its more like an un-serviced hotel suit with more space to move around. Kitchen is not at all fully equipped. Forget about some basic kitchen utensils, like bowls and saucers.
