We had another fantastic stay on our recent trip to Fiji this was our third visit, and it continues to impress every time. A special mention to Zac, the activity attendant, who once again provided outstanding service. It’s always a pleasure to see a familiar face, and his energy and friendliness really add to the experience. The kids absolutely love the activities and hanging out with Zac and the Boys. There’s always something fun and engaging happening, and the team does an amazing job keeping everyone entertained. We would highly recommend this resort for families great service, great atmosphere, and consistently memorable experiences. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

My wife and I recently spent four nights in the Waitui Beach Club section of the Sofitel Fiji, and it was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with an enthusiastic "BULA!" from the concierge team. Check-in was seamless, and the welcome drink was a lovely touch to kick off our stay. A massive thank you must go to Oswald, the Head Concierge. Prior to our arrival, he coordinated with my wife (who is a primary school teacher) to organise a visit to a local school. This was the absolute highlight of our trip. The children and teachers were incredibly warm, and my wife found interacting with the classes to be a truly moving experience. While we were grateful to be able to share school supplies, it was the time spent with the kids that meant the most. We wished the visit could have been longer, but we understood that the classes were in the middle of a busy revision week following the recent cyclone. We highly encourage other visiting teachers to make the trip...Those smiles are unforgettable. We also booked a day trip to Seventh Heaven through the hotel, which was effortless. The staff provided all the essentials towels, water, and even sunscreen as we checked in for the tour, ensuring we were perfectly prep'd for the day. On the resort side, Romeo was an absolute superstar. He looked after us brilliantly during happy hour and our dinner at the Waitui Grill, and he is a fantastic bartender at the swim-up bar! The entire staff made the holiday special; they remembered our names, asked about our adventures, and even shared a few laughs and pranks with us. We were genuinely sad to leave but are already looking forward to our next visit. Vinaka vakalevu!

This was our third stay at Sofitel Fiji, and this visit was particularly special as we were celebrating our honeymoon. Each time, we’ve chosen to stay on the Waitui adults-only side of the resort, and it continues to exceed our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted so warmly by Siti and the team. There’s an immediate sense of genuine care and hospitality that truly reflects the spirit of the Fijian people. Without exception, every member of the Sofitel team goes above and beyond to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience. We always look forward to the beautifully maintained gardens, which are kept to an impeccable standard, and once again they did not disappoint. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and we especially loved the new traditional Fijian restaurant, Koko — a fantastic addition to the resort. A heartfelt thank you to all of the staff, particularly the Waitui team. It’s impossible to name everyone, but we received exceptional service from Mary, Kata, and Grace. The entire team was outstanding, and each interaction made our stay that much more memorable. A very special mention must go to Solo, now at the main hotel reception. We first met Solo during our very first stay at Waitui, when we were actually his first guests. Since then, we’ve been lucky enough to see him grow, and he has become a dear friend. Every time we return, he makes sure our experience is nothing short of exceptional. Solo truly embodies the level of service that defines Sofitel Fiji, and his approach is clearly reflected across the wider team. We couldn’t recommend Sofitel Fiji highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit.
