Excellent service, clean rooms, food was varied and of a great standard excellent entertainment and great entertainment team . Great value for money. We will be back without a doubt . Room 811 pool and sea view. Fantastic room with perfect views

This is a great hotel for the price compared to other similar hotels in the area. The food in the buffet was excellent, great range and different options every day. The a la carte restaurant was hit and miss, with a limited menu so check the menu before you book. We preferred the buffet. Brand new spa available to use, we did not go but it looked lovely. Pool areas were amazing, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available. The staff were on top of everything, constantly coming around to pick up empty glasses, plates etc. Pretty good drinks selection for all inclusive and quick, friendly service always. The hotel is in a convenient location, quiet but still really close to nice beaches, restaurants, bars, shops. The room was fine- nothing special. The air conditioning wasn't the best, but we were hardly in the room and it cooled down enough after the first night or two so we were comfortable enough. After talking to others it seemed like this was a hotel-wide issue; fans are available on request. We still had a partial sea view even without upgrading, but the room didn't feel as high end as the rest of the hotel. Amazing views of the sea and sunset from the pool and restaurant area at night, with plenty of places to sit and relax. We were expecting to be some of the youngest staying at this hotel but there were a lot of younger couples as well as older. The Tui rep was really helpful and you can book tickets for most excursions right at the hotel, which is really convenient. Free buses run to the water park and mall near the hotel. Late checkout is available for a fee, but the hotel also offers a courtesy shower room free of charge. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely return. Highly recommend to couples of all ages looking for a relaxing stay by the beach.

“Something for every age group”

Hovima has been a lovely holiday. Location is perfect, so central and such a beautiful view of the sea. The staff are all really friendly and funny. Hovima has been a lovely holiday. Location is perfect, so central and such a beautiful view of the sea. The staff are all really friendly and funny. I expected it to just be people over 60 here but there were other couples in their 20s here. We had a perfect room 419, no issues, lovely view. Weather has been mostly cloudy but very hot once the sun was out. The all inclusive restaurant is your average buffet dining. Some things were cooked to your liking which was nice. Would have preferred some dairy free/vegan desserts/cakes, that's something I missed, by being lactose intolerant. I did email and inform reception about my dietary requirements but the staff in the restaurant didnt ask for your room number or anything so there was no way for me to be catered for specifically. There's so many activities at the hotel during the day and really good entertainment on the night. Casino night was particularly fun! They have a spa but we didn't try the spa yet, but I've heard it's pretty good! Micky is amazing, also the Italian entertainment guy and the young lady with glasses. All so funny and lovely! We would definitely coke back if we were to visit tenerife again. So nice to not have kids running around screaming!!!
