“An Interesting Experience, but not quite four star!”

There are buses, but thery don't really go where you want to go, and unless you pay out for the Hop-On, Hop-Off buses, of which there are two, you need to walk. The Hotel is in a good position close to the Old City and all the landmarks are within walking distance. There are buses, but thery don't really go where you want to go, and unless you pay out for the Hop-On, Hop-Off buses, of which there are two, you need to walk. (It's a lot cheaper that way!). The Hotel is a typical medium sized establishment, with nothing to dissapont but nothing to woo either! Ou room was comfortable and of a good size, with towels and toiletaries supplied. It might have been a nice touch to have a box of tissues provided, but none were on show. The Breakfast buffet was much the same as all other Hotel morning arrangements. these days, but there were couple of local twists. There was even Tomato Juice for a couple of mornings, which I have never come accross elseswhere at this price range. However, this like the Tortillas, dissapeared in the middle of our stay never to be seen again. There was one seriously bad point about our stay, I am sorry to have to report, and that is the coffee. There was a kettle in our room, but the sachets provided were really quite undrinkeable. The Breakfast room fared no better. There were two machines, one of which seemed to be always out of order, and they both only dispensed half-cups at a time, which meant that there was usually a queue of ten or more people waiting, whilst the machine took its time to deliver what was required. The staff were aware of the problems, but nothing imporved during our stay. The other annoyance was a low-pitched buzzing sound that lasted for two and a half seconds and then repeated on a fairly reqular basis every few minutes. This went on day and night. It wasn't enough to keep us awake, but it was just ever so slightly annoying. We did report it to the Reception desk, but they said they did know what it was and what is more, made no attempt to find out. All in all a comfortable stay. The view wasn't terrific, the food was 'ordinary' and the coffee diabolical. On this summation I would say it should only bost three stars and could do a lot better, with minor adjustments. There is plenty more to choose from in Seville!

First class stay, the room with a balcony was clean, spacious, great views across the skyline to the cathedral. First class stay, the room with a balcony was clean, spacious, great views across the skyline to the cathedral. The hotel is ideally situated to walk to all the major historical sites, and plentiful restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and great quality. One slight disappointment was the fact that are building works next to the hotel, would have appreciated been told before our visit.

Great Location, nice hotel staff are friendly and polite, we had breakfast one morning unfortunately this was not the best and not very warm. I would stay here again. Seville is stunning shopping amazing, the Cathedral and Alcazar was beautiful we took the horse and cart round the park which was nice, restaurants seem to offer mostly the same sort of foods. Visited roof top bar which was lovely but £££ but would do it again with the sun shinning and the views it’s a must.

“Trip to Seville”

Hotel location is perfect for a sightseeing trip to Seville. The Staff were very friendly and efficient especially Antonio on Reception and Moad who works in the bar. Rooms are spacious and very clean.I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone coming to Seville.
