This is one of the best places we’ve stayed at, we have now been 5 times in just under 2 years all at different times of the year and everything is the same, great staff all through the hotel, the grounds are cleaned all day and the cleaners are in 5 days a week, the location is fantastic as it’s about a 10-15 min walk to the main st, love the place so much so my husband already starts looking on the coach transfer home at the next stay there and by the time we get home we have another stay booked. If your looking for somewhere to stay that’s great for families of all ages then we recommend here

Just arrive back from Las Marismas and all I can say is what a fantastic hotel this is, the staff are all very friendly the rooms may be a little dated but are very large and always kept clean the cleaners came in 5 days out of my 7 day stay and you are provided with pool towels which are large a fluffy. There are 3 pools and plenty of sun beds I never had a problem getting one as there is a no reserve policy. We were only bed and breakfast, but the breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice the main evening meals looked so good that we booked in one night and were not disappointed. Although building work is going on it never affected us by the pool or anywhere else round the hotel . This hotel has everything for children and adults and is well worth the stay we will definitely be heading back there it’s a first class 3 star

Having just returned from Las Marismas in Corralejo I wanted to write an honest review based on my experience here with my Family. The Complex itself comprises of Self Catering 1-2 bed apartments spread abundantly around the main swimming pools areas in a Canarian themed style with beautifully kept mature gardens. The Apartments was spacious, well equipped and with a generous balcony area with a small table and four chairs. Unfortunately there was no AC but there are ceiling fans and mosquito mesh sliding doors to keep the bugs out if you wish to leave doors open. Sadly there was no useable Safety Deposit box during our stay which was slightly annoying, apparently the box provider and Las Marismas complex management are in a dispute over something? Would have been awkward if valuables were stolen, but we just kept passports etc with us when we were out and about. There are plenty of Sun loungers in around the main pool and the child pool area, however the main pool loungers are looking slightly tired and dated and possibly need replacing at some point, but still were comfortable enough. The on site Supermarket was well stocked and competitively priced. Gym was adequate for the complex. The main bar in the evenings was fine and drinks were reasonably priced if you were not All Inclusive. I have read other reviews about this resort and some have mentioned the miserable female bar server who works evenings, I do know who they was referring to but never knew her name, she certainly could have smiled a tad more. But in her defence when you are dealing sometimes with some All Inclusive customers eager to drink the bar dry like vultures it must be slightly annoying. I witnessed some guests that would bring their own drinks to the bar area and sit there blatantly drinking them one after the other and then have the audacity to leave them on the floor. Never ate at the Complex so cannot comment on the quality of the Food. Evening Entertainment Acts were Outstanding!! a very high standard indeed and most enjoyable. The main Corralejo strip is approximately a 15 min walk and the Old Town 25-30mins. Highly recommend you visit the Music Square area of the Old Town, lots of authentic Bars and Tapas Restaurants with tourists and local Spanish residents mingling in harmony. I have to mention the ongoing building development works that started to the East (Rear) of the Las Marismas Complex a few months ago. We were made aware of this by TUI at time of booking so was expecting slight disruption. Yes you can hear it faintly in the background by the pool area, but to be truthful it never really bothered us. There was some dust from the works that unfortunately does blow over the complex from the East leaving a residue but still it was not a major issue for us. The staff work hard to keep the complex clean well maintained and in good order. These works are Mon-Fri/8am - 6pm so if you really want total tranquility perhaps best avoid this Resort Complex until 2025, but as I have said it did not spoil our stay here. All in all Las Marismas is a very high quality three star resort complex and I would not hesitate in returning in the future.
