First time of visiting this hotel situated in the heart of Port Alcúdia. The hotel is very modern and well designed. The rooms are of a good size and have everything you need, including coffee making facilities. A well designed pool and surrounding area and excellent pool side bar service. The Buffet breakfast was well stocked and the choices were plentiful. Most importantly all the staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. You are only a 5 minute walk from the beach and the bars and restaurants along the sea front. This is an excellent hotel and I would not hesitate to come here again to further discover the wonderful beaches and villages along this part of the coast.

“Best spot on alcudia”

Again we spent 14 days at the most lovely hotel in Alcudia. This Hotel has all that matters for a nice stay. Good location, close to the beach, quiet and ambient athposphere and the best staff ever. They will do all to make sure your stay will be marvelousse . We will for sure visit again.

I really liked this hotel but it just didn’t hit 5* for me. Hotel is clean and modern and staff all very friendly and helpful. Reception staff informative and attentive. Cleaners did a great job every day and attention to detail such as tidying our stuff was also really appreciated! Pool guy was so friendly and helpful, always moving umbrellas for people and ready with towels of a morning. The guy who runs the breakfast was lovely, even when we arrived 10 minutes before it closed everyday always greeted us with a smile on his face. Rooms are large and spacious, unfortunately we got a car park and roof terrace view which was a shame, probably worth the upgrade to the higher floor suites if you can, we were floor 2 and the view was a shame. The pool is only small but given the number of people around it was never overcrowded and served a purpose. One day the sunbeds were all taken and we realised there was a top deck, it was super hot up there but we had the whole thing to ourselves and it was lovely. - recommendation - the pool bar menu was a bit average. This would be a lot more 5* if it had a better variety, sushi and fruit etc rather than just typical burgers, sandwiches and nuggets. - recommendation for the sunbeds! The flat cushioned beds on the decked areas were nice but I found them inconvenient because they can’t be adjusted and are just flat. Whereas the loungers that were around the pool were SO uncomfortable. It would be really great to upgrade these to cushioned ones. Location was great, 30 second walk to restaurants and the beach. Hotel also offers parking which was appreciated.
