We stayed here for a few nights and were a little concerned about some of the negative reviews, especially about the staff. Our experience was however completely the opposite. The staff were super friendly and professional, and added to our positive experience generally of the hotel. We had a front suite and loved the room - the deck overlooking the boardwalk and beach was a treat and we never found the noise level to be high or bothering, even at night. The room is nicely appointed and the bed was heavenly. The bathroom was modern and spacious - my only complaint would be that there was nowhere to hang the towels in the bathroom! My husband had some work calls to do and found the wifi to be good enough to manage his zoom calls in the room. The breakfast was so good - do not miss it if you have the option. We otherwise didn’t eat at the hotel - there are too many fun food options within walking distance. We had access to the beach beds and loved those - the umbrellas are a bit too small though to make a full day out there possible - we got too hot. But the pool area on the roof deck is a perfect place to retreat to. We spent many hours up there and never had a problem getting a bed to nap on. The pool is small but my kids didn’t seem to care. The only annoyance I can think of was the pool deck towel system. We had to go down to reception to sign for them and then couldn’t get more, or at least weren’t told how to do that. But overall, a great stay and we’ll be back.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We had a ‘superior double room’ which was very spacious and comfortable and had a large balcony with a side view of the sea. Our bathroom was very large and well-fitted. Breakfasts were very good - a large buffet with a good selection of food - fresh rolls and bread, a variety of cereals, fresh fruit and cheeses, some hot items and a waffle and pancake station. You could also order other hot items for a small supplement. Service was very friendly and pleasant.
