“Good Stay”
So helpful. Helped me print important documents when I needed it. Room was clean. Maid was very nice. Amazing location so convenient to the mall and Nelson Mandela Square. “Great location and hotel”
Lovely spacious rooms with excellent workspace. Close proximity to major offices in Sandton and access to the mall is fantastic bonus. Used the spa on a couple of occasions which was modern. “Service Excellence”
I'd wish to express how I'm happy with the service I got from Mamello. Speak of service excellence. Pity I couldn't get an actual rate card but I hope this counts as well. What stood out for me is how she kept checking ul on us to ensure that we are still good as well as the friendly personality.

“Ok and Quirky”
Nice hotel. Stayed in executive room. Had a few quirks. Plugs for your cellphone chargers were useless. Could not stay in place. Bedside lampshades have jarring bright white light instead of warm. Quite a shocking oversight for a hotel of this price.
