On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Welcome back!”
We had stayed here many years ago when it was part of the Hotel Tahiche - it is now seperated from that , but has it's own pool and bar area. The appartments are excellent - see view from photos attached. We had a sea view and could hear the waves breaking all night - fabulous! Great location - o... more

“Enjoyable stay”
Stopped here with wife and 4 kids ranging from 19 to 5 , apartment ideal and in a very good spot close to all restaurants and shops , nice pool area and lovely friendly pool bar with good food and happy hour , would recommend to families or just adults definitely would come again .

“Excellent location”
stayed here twice december 2007 firstly over christmas and new year. Could not fault the place at all asked for a sea view, And when we got our keys the room was huge balcony good size and beautiful view over the beach below us.
