Have just returned from a 10 day stay at the H10 Lanzarote Princess and just wanted to say what a wonderful time we had there. The staff were so friendly and the hotel clean and tidy with really good facilities and room. Lovely views from our apartment over the hotel complex to the mountains beyond. Will definitely be returning.

“Awesome stay!!”

I don't understand some of these really negative reviews at all, its almost as if people stayed at a completely different hotel! We had a great time here. The hotel is in a great location with bars, restaurants, beach all in close proximity - use the back gate when wandering, saves so much time.... more

I don't understand some of these really negative reviews at all, its almost as if people stayed at a completely different hotel! We had a great time here. The hotel is in a great location with bars, restaurants, beach all in close proximity - use the back gate when wandering, saves so much time. The hotel itself is immaculate. The grounds are perfectly kept and rooms are large, comfortable and cleaned every day. The staff here work so hard and always greet you with a smile and a hello. Pool area is huge and plenty of sunbeds to go around. Pool is little on the cold side, but as the temperatures increase, its all the more refreshing. Animation team offer a large variety of activities. Food - this is what other negative reviews focus on. We had no issues at all. People need to remember, they are catering for hundreds of people at a time. There was always food being replenished and a huge variety of it. English bacon, sausage and black pudding at breakfast was an unexpected bonus! We did the half board option, but the quality of drinks were excellent so wouldn't have been disappointed if we'd gone all inclusive. Evening entertainment very good and something on in each of the bars every night. My wife celebrated her birthday here and when returning from a sunbathing session, there was a bottle of bubbly on ice in the room which was a lovely gesture. Overall, lovely hotel, lovely location lovely staff. Would definitely visit again!

There have been quite a few negative reviews about the Lanzarote Princess and I am pleased to say that most of them are unfounded and unfair. First impression on checking in was that the girl was not unpleasant but I felt was not very welcoming and certainly gave us very little information about the hotel. This was an isolated incident and over the 2 weeks I was there the rest of the Reception staff did an excellent job. The room we were given was very clean, very comfortable with all the extras we have come to expect. There was a mini bar for storing cold drinks, tea and coffee making facilities ( supplies replenished every day) and the toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion) were of a good quantity. The restaurant was bit chaotic especially at the beginning of breakfast and dinner service but if looking for a more relaxed eating environment the I would suggest you eat a bit later. I found breakfast selection to be excellent though most times the food was not as warm as I would have liked it. Tables were cleared and reset quite quickly so no real problems getting seats in the dining room. The pool area is expansive with loads of sun beds, so no problems there. The larger pool was certainly very cold but the smaller covered pool was a very comfortable temperature. While we were there the covered pool was closed for 2 days with no explanation given, I feel if a family with small children had been the for 1 week this would have had a major impact on their holiday. I’m sure that there was a good reason for this but no information was offered. I cannot comment on the entertainment or bar service but never heard any complaints. The staff at this hotel work very hard to maintain the high level of service and cleanliness we expect and are a credit to the company.

The hotel itself on a whole is well kept the room we stayed in was clean although required some updating as there was wear and tear all over. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The pools were spotless and well maintained as were the gardens and grounds. The food was terrible. A very small variety unless chicken nuggests and chips are your go to. The dishes were empty quite a lot of the time and not replenished for a long period. When they were full a lot of it was only warm and not hot. No real vegetables available unless they were in a sauce so my 10 month old wouldn't eat them. We were disappointed as we had been looking forward to this holiday. If the hotel could improve its standard of food available we would not hesitate to return but until then alas its a no from us.
