Great location, just have to cross the road to walk on a nice wide beach. This is the case with all the hotels in Patong Beach (except a handful expensive beach clubs). The hotel provides beach towels, so you can just leave your key at the front desk and go relax on the beach!! The bar/restaurant has very nice patio facing beach, where you can enjoy the breakfast buffet. Buffet is very nice and with lots of choices of Asian dishes, fruits etc. Rooftop pool is super nice, looks nicer than in hotel photos, maybe renovated?? Our room was very practical, with a long bench to organize your stuff, closet with hangers for clothes, safe, and plenty of hooks on the wall to hang ocean bags, and wet clothes. We had a nice balcony with view of the alley, but enough view of ocean to see the sunset. Room and bathroom (with separate toilet and shower space) was very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful (to extend our stay as our flight was at 2 am, arrange taxi, provide beach towels, etc). Hotel also has office of Crystal Tours in the lobby that can arrange your tours!! Great Location, close to everything on Patong Beach. The pedestrian street around the corner has plenty of smaller and cheaper restaurants than main street, also 7/11, massage places, etc. And just 5 minutes walking from Bangla Road with all the bars. Bus stop with city bus to old Phuket town is just a block away.

For those who not looking fancy or hi-teck style room , but there is all what you need , the most important think in this hot weather is air condition which working perfectly also complimentary water is provided every day which is great idea ! All staff members are very friendly and helpful . Oh and location just 1 min from the beach ... amazing

Great spot only a couple of hundred meters from the beach and a mini mart a couple of doors up the street the room was nice quiet at night with excellent air con and the fridge was nice and cold the buffet Breakfast had a good selection and went from 6.30 - 11.00 am which was great if you want a sleep in. Only negative is the foyer has a bad odour as soon as you walk in it hits you but the room and hallways were fine ... I understand this is Thailand and may be out of their control but maybe try and mask the smell with something to give a better first impression Overall not a bad hotel would stay here again
