The building is cleaned twice a week, and an exterminator comes once a month -- this is one of the cleanest place I've lived in NYC. The apartment is located on a mellow block right off the Grand St. stop L train. It's literally a less than a minute walk to the train. You can get to Bedford or Bushwich in less than 10 minutes, Union Sq is another 5 minutes. I work in Midtown and frequently get there in under 30 minutes.
