All five bedrooms have sea views and there are two unenclosed living areas on two different levels which offer 180-degree views from the rice fields to the ocean. There really is room to move and to breathe in the sea air, for the villa is truly expansive. Floor space over two levels is more than 800 square metres, and the garden and pools are a vast 3,270 square metres.The villa has air-conditioned double bedrooms with king- and queen-size beds and twin beds. Each has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub as well as a shower. All five bedrooms have ocean views.The two pools are extensive in scope. There is a 10-square-metre children's pool, with a maximum depth of 60 centimetres. Near the beachfront is a hot tub designed for the enjoyment of up to six adults.The villa has an innovative and rather unusual approach to food and drink. Guests choose what food, soft drinks, beers, wines and spirits they want to enjoy, they set a budget, they give their butler money to cover the shopping, and he arranges its purchase at local markets, delicatessens, specialty shops and liquor stores.
