Well designed to maximize space, and furnished in good taste, this 40 sq mt apartment presents a classic cut main room with a double sofa bed and a French size sofa bed (the two placed in areas of the room conveniently separated by an archway for added privacy), a large dining table for 6, a closet and select pieces of furniture and wall paintings as decoration. The kitchen is conveniently separate from the main room and is fully equipped with all necessities including a dishwasher. To complete the picture, the apartment comes with a bathroom with stall shower, a French window leading out onto a balcony overlooking the peaceful internal courtyard, ceramic tiled flooring, autonomous hearing and a bolted door. Ideal for a family or friends on visit or a couple staying for extended periods. Internet is available upon request . Linens and towels provided. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. For check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost to be given in cash at check-in, as follows: Saturday, Sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20 From Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20 Saturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40 Every day 9PM to 7AM - €40. Adult Minimum Age: Check-ins are regularly done between 3 P.M. and 7 P.M. while check-outs are between 9 A.M. and 11 A.M., Mondays to Fridays. Check-ins prior to 3 P.M. are only possible in apartments without a check-out scheduled for the same day, and need written approval by the Company. Extra costs will apply for check ins or check outs outside office hours or on weekends/holidays, and in the case of the Client's delayed arrival. Security Deposit: 300 There is a security deposit due upon arrival.
