From this area it is possible to access a large terrace which can be furnished during the warm season. On the other side of the living is the access to a flight of stairs leading to the lower level, where the night area is located. It includes a master bedroom with a double bed and a closet, a second bedroom with two single beds (one is a pull-out bed) and a study area with table and chairs, and a marble bathroom fitted with shower and washing machine. Both the living area and the night area of the apartment are very bright thanks to its orientation; moreover it is fitted with parquet flooring in all rooms but in the bathroom, which is fitted with marble floorings. The apartment offers quality finishes (double glazed windows, insulating system) in order to guarantee peace and tranquillity as well as the maximum energy saving. NB: The apartment is not equipped with the traditional air conditioning, but with a cooling and dehumidification system. For this apartment the city tax is required and not included in the price.
