Excellent value, great friendly and efficient staff, they exceed throughout the whole experience. Alex was kind, super friendly and really took care of my parents in every meal. I recommend it for families, elderly and young couples too. The spa is excellent too

Really nice hotel, great proximity to the beach. The food was also very good with plenty of options and a change of menu theme each day. Only couple of negative is the proximity to Veronicas (all the nigh clubs) literally 50m away with very loud base music to 4am every night, also the hotel behind the Troya had daily and night time pool disco with immense noise levels (if you want a siesta or read a book in your room even with door closed, this is not the hotel for you.) The food quality and choice was excellent, but they way they cook anything nice (like steaks, pork chops, fish) makes it nearly impossible to get any, the (very slow) hot plate chef cooks 3 - 5 pieces at a time taking 5 -10 minutes with a queue 8-10 people, 1st 2 people inline take 3 pieces each , then he starts again therefore people just walk off and choose other things, maybe a clever ploy to reduce how much use? (most were all inclusive) Much in the same vain, The drinks service when you sat down was instant, trying to get a second drink was impossible, whether it be water, pop or beer, they just avoided you, again maybe a ploy to reduce consumption, but everyone noticed it, a real pain with 3 children. Overall a super holiday made special with 2 visits to Siam park, this was awesome, food very reasonable, but impossible to buy at lunchtime, 1 hour queues, either eat earlier or later or take your own. ps the attached video of the daily was from the 6th floor.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 11 nights where we enjoyed our stay with the hotel. We had a late night so receiving a little food package was lovely especially as they provided a gluten free bag for myself. The hotel is perfectly located by the beach and is within walking distance to many shops as well as only a quick taxi journey to tourist places such as Siam Park. The food was delicious with different themed nights. Mexican night was definately my favourite. I am coeliac therefore eating can be difficult for me but explaining my situation and asking for gluten free food at breakfast was not a challenge and they had lots of options to choose from. The desserts were amazing with moose and jelly being my two choices every night. The pool was nice and relaxing during the day and plenty of sunbeds available all day. The entertainment was on the quiet side with not much to do or see during the day or at night time which meant a quiet games night which I equally enjoyed. There was alot of bars and nightclubs outside the hotel and at times they could be heard. However, I was not awoken once by the noise and is not distracting when trying to sleep. The rooms were comfy and clean. The staff were lovely and were very efficient and pleasant to speak to when ordering. Overall, I enjoyed my trip to this hotel and would stay again and recommend to fellow friends or family member who are looking for a chill, relaxed close to the beach located holiday.
