“Pedro and Louis”
Ive stayed at the troya 4 times now, I love the place. This review is to give a special mention to PEDRO the parking attendant and LOUIS in the restaurant. “If it wasn't for the noise from the night club it would be a great place”
Hotel and room really clean . Staff really friendly and polite. Nice pool area the spa is ok as well. The location is ok for the day time it's a 30 second walk to the beach. The breakfast and snacks are the same as you get at most hotels on all inclusive . Not much of a selection for the even... more

“Good hotel , good location”
Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly. Me and my boyfriend stayed for the week here on half board. Food was good and had different cuisines on every night. Nothing to complain about in regards to the food. Great location too to get to places, only downside our room was facing the main strip.. so ever... more
