Floor: second, in a fully renovated building (end of 2013) which comprises 9 apartments for rent (1 studio, 5 one bedroom- and 3 two bedroom flats). The apartment opens onto the corridor leading into the living room, which offers a day area with TV and sofa bed (for 2 people); next to it you find the separate kitchen (fitted with dishwasher, electric oven and fridge). The bathroom is next to the hallway and has shower stall. At the end of the corridor you find the master bedroom -with double bed and wardrobe; the second bedroom, which is located between the bathroom and the double bedroom, has twin beds and a small closet. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. Extra facilities: - shared laundry, on the ground floor, with two washers and two dryers - outdoor parking next to the building - independent heating - elevator On request: - cleaning service - pick up service *The apartment is not fitted with air conditioning. TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Company may replace the Property with another of identical or superior quality, should the Company be unable to guarantee the Client use of the Property due to events of force majeure or for any contingencies beyond the Company's control. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client. The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
