If you do bring glass to the pool and it breaks you will have to cover the cost to drain the pool at a minimum of $2500 No drying towels on the balcony rail, this is prohibited. Please use your dryer in the unit. Pool opens at 8am and closes at 10pm. There is no lifeguard, therefore swim at your own risk. No DIVING. Children must be with an adult at all times. All guest must be registered at Check In unless prior arrangements are made with management. Outside guest are not allowed to use the pool or common areas. If you break something or stain it then you buy it. You are renting from a homeowner and this isn't a hotel so please treat the condo as if you are guest in their house. Key Cards are used as your identification to get you in and out of the property. If you lose your key card there will be a charge of $10. Please return all key cards to the main office, guard shack or leave next to the phone. The property shall be in the same condition upon departure as at check-in. Normal wear and tear excepted. Owner or its agents may enter the property at reasonable times to make repairs or provide maid service. Guest may cook in areas specifically designated for cooking. Guest must immediately notify Owner or agent of fire or other damage to property. Guest shall be liable for all acts of the family, invitees, employees, or other persons invited onto the property.
