This is the third time I have stayed at El Cid. Why... because they have great staff, great facilities , great food, great location and is Adult only. Amazing staff at the reception. Suna and Beatriz gave us the most warm welcome we ever had. Taking care of every detail and explaining all hotel amenities. The hotel is super clean and quiet. Amazing beds with memory foam mattresses. My favorite choice in Mallorca!

Stayed for 10 nights in room 625 on a B&B basis. Staff dealing with reception, cleaning, bar and restuarant were excellent, friendly and helpful.
