Guests are welcomed into a hallway leading into the living room, furnished with a crystal-and-wrought iron table for 6 people, a sofa, two armchairs, a TV corner and a bookcase. The day area comes with a first terrace (33 sq.mt), furnished with a 4-seater table, towering over the city centre. Next to the living room there is the custom-made kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The night area is composed of a first double bedroom with a 4-closet door and access to the second terrace (13 sq.mt), and a second bedroom with a French size bed (120 cm) and a single pull-out bed. The bathroom -with marble fittings- is equipped with shower. The apartment is fitted with marble flooring throughout.
