The residence is located in the island of Giudecca a venetian neighborhood. Some vip's have bought a house in this neghborhood like elton john and the last president of france. Piazza san marco is just 10 mins away by ferry boat. Santa lucia station is just 6km away a 15mins by ferry boat. Marco polo airport is 12km away and you can reach it by ferry or car in about 30mins from Ple Roma. The closest ferry boat station is Palanca about 300mt. The building has been compleatly restructured in 2002. At the begining of the century and until 1950 it was a clock factory and in the bellic period it was used to produce welfare for military use.
