The apartments and studios are located on a 1-hectare site with grass, plants, and flowers. The complex's facilities include a lobby, a small supermarket, games room, and bike hire. Breakfast is served in the café. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground. Furthermore, there is a doctor on call. A car park is available for those arriving by car.||Fourteen of the apartments can each accommodate 4-5 people and come with two bedrooms and a living room.
