The villa is located on the coast 5 minutes from Cambrils and 10 minutes from Salou - just outside a small Spanish touristic town that lies in a beautiful landscape between the Mediterranean sea and the mountains (Miami Playa). Located in the southern part of the Costa Dorada: 120 km from Barcelona. Reus airport is 20Km from villa. There are plenty of local attractions for the entire family in the near area but without a doubt, beach-laying and water sports are the prime activities. Boating (there is an excellent port in Cambrils) is popular here, and you can hire sailboats, motorboats or jet skis. If youre water-logged and sand-clogged, there are plenty of other things to keep busy. Inland, you can walk around the vineyards of the Priorat; and there are some good biking trails here too. Closer to the water, the flat delta of the Ebro river is an excellent place for long-distance biking past water fowl, rice fields and bogs. Kids may want to head to one of the area water parks or to Port Aventura, a popular theme park run by Universal Studios, and adults can hit one of the golf courses near the coast. If you choose to travel without adequate holiday insurance cover, we will not be liable for any losses however arising in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available. Damage deposit / Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW) The Manager charges an Accidental Damage Protection Fund which is a non-refundable one time payment of 45 Euros and cover unintentional damage to the rented holiday home and its inventory during your stay. Repairs will be handled and paid for directly by the Property Manager to a total maximum value of 500 EUR. Please note that this fund does not cover willful and negligent behavior or vandalism. The guest must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state including the washing-up of dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils etc., emptying of the refrigerator, the freezer, dust bins, cleaning of the BBQ and removal of rubbish/trash. This is also valid although the guest has paid a final cleaning or such a cleaning is already included in the rent. A generous allowance of water and electricity is included in the rental price; however, you will be charged for abuse of these services (leaving water/hoses open and running for long periods of time, door/windows open when using air-conditioning/heating, etc.) Water and electricity readings are taken before and after every stay in every property. Party Size At no time must any more persons occupy a property than stated on the booking form, except with prior written agreement. Property Standards We have carefully selected and inspected all the properties that we advertise and we endeavor to maintain high standards. However, if you have a problem during your holiday, immediately inform the local representative who will then endeavor to put things right. If you fail to do this we cannot accept responsibility, as we have not had the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem. Change and Non Availability of accommodation On rare occasions it may be unavoidable to change your chosen villa because of circumstances beyond our or the owners control; we will endeavor to inform you of this asap and offer you either alternative accommodation of similar or superior standard, a refund if nothing is suitable or discuss other options. Air Conditioning Air conditioning means units in at least 2 areas of the villa (for example, living room and bedroom).
