The apartment is located in a residential area well placed in the immediate vicinity of the Medieval walls of Bologna Old Town. This part of the Bologna, despite being very close to the city centre, is not a Limited Traffic Area, which means that you can either easily drive up to the apartment, or take advantage of the many public transports. Guests are welcomed into a spacious entrance hall with a coat hanger. From here you enter the bright, spacious living room furnished with a table seating up to 6 people, a Tv set, a dresser and a double sofa bed. The day area offers ample views of the city centre, with a glimpse of the main sights and the hills of Bologna. The separate kitchen is fully fitted and comes with oven and gas hobs. The bedrooms are quite large and fitted with soundproofed windows and doors that guarantee a peaceful sleep. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe with three doors, one of which has a full size mirror. The guest bedroom has two single beds, to be joined if needed, and a 2-door closet. The bathroom -with window- has a tub/shower combination. The apartment has been fully renovated in 2014 and is fitted with portable air conditioning and independent heating system.
