This pleasant apartment complex is located in the valley above the harbour in Puerto Rico. It is located in an area surrounded by shops and restaurants. The beach is situated 200 metres away. Gran Canaria Airport is about 80 km away. This is a small 4-storey complex consisting of 15 apartments. The reception desk with its hotel safe is available for limited hours. There is no lift access making the apartments not advisable for disabled guests. The bright apartments with two bedrooms (approx. 35 m²) come with a living room, bedroom and en suite bathroom with a bath. Extra beds are available in the form of a sofa bed or a single bed. All come with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and other basic kitchen equipment. The TV in the living room provides SVT Europa channels. There are two types of apartments, with either terrace or balcony. Further standard amenities include a radio, Internet access and a safe. Guests are invited to take a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool in the garden area. Sun loungers are laid out on the sandy beach ready for use.
