The living room is very bright thanks to the window and the balcony providing plenty of natural light: on the small terrace you can enjoy the sunset and have fantastic views of the surrounding valley. The sitting corner is furnished with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV set and a table for 4 people; the kitchen corner is fitted with everything you need to prepare a tasty dinner for your family or friends. The apartment is suitable also for the disabled. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client. The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
