Due to its strategic position, it is also a good starting point for visiting other beautiful Tuscan cities. **EXTERIOR** The property is a 19th-century farm, with yellow facade and wooden shutters on the windows, in the typical Tuscan country-house style. **LEISURE FACILITIES** Guests can play table tennis or rent Mountain bikes for excursions into San Rossore estate (4 km) or down to the sea (10 km). There is an outdoor swimming pool as well and a nice garden for relaxation. **ROOMS** Rooms are in a typical rural house style, with wood-beam ceilings and terracotta-tiled floors, liberty-style furniture but modern bathrooms. Protective netting on windows ensures peaceful nights; thick walls and an electric fan keep the rooms cool in summer.
