“Nice place to stay in Lanzarote”

Grounds and pools are great. People in the dining room are awesome. Fran and Lucia in the preferred dining area went above and beyond each night. We would stay again when in the area. The Guest Experience employees were on game as the arranged taxi tours of the island for the wife and I.

Dreams is a lovely resort, preferred club gives some exclusivity with mini bar and adult pool areas. Breakfast was excellent and resort very well designed - close tot he Marian and tot he town both within easy walking distance - but the resort has everything you need if you don't want to leave. ... more

Dreams is a lovely resort, preferred club gives some exclusivity with mini bar and adult pool areas. Breakfast was excellent and resort very well designed - close tot he Marian and tot he town both within easy walking distance - but the resort has everything you need if you don't want to leave. Staff are exceptionally well trained and courteous, helpful and polite at all times.

Just back from a glorious week at Dreams Lanzarote. Their staff are their biggest asset, everyone goes above and beyond, ridiculously good service from every department. Activities and entertainment an added bonus. Food is average but they are catering to the masses so it’s to be expected. Will definitely be returning!

“Poor customer service ”

Overall a very good hotel, let down by poor customer service. One morning we had no water in the room, no shower or toilet working. I went to reception to report the problem and asked for another room we could use for a shower and was told no. We went out for the day and returned to find the show... more

Overall a very good hotel, let down by poor customer service. One morning we had no water in the room, no shower or toilet working. I went to reception to report the problem and asked for another room we could use for a shower and was told no. We went out for the day and returned to find the shower again was not working. I know sometimes things go wrong, but I judge a hotel by how they handle these situations and they did very badly. It was obvious that the hotel was half empty so there must have been spare rooms.
