“H10/10”
This was our 1st visit to H10 Tenerife Playa. As it was my wifes birthday, we upgraded to Privilege and we were not disapointed. Check in was very smooth and staff very attentive. “A mini holiday break”
Great hotel, lovely staff throughout. Bedrooms were cosy we had a twin room with balcony. Bathroom had the essentials required so if you forgot toothbrush & toiletries they have it on hand in your room. All inclusive was fab - drinks were branded - nice. Most amazing hotel,wonderful facilities. all staff fantastic including cleaners and miranda was very helpful and friendly to They all go above and beyond. Was amazing being here for Canadian day. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay and have agreed we will be back next year.

“Boring Hotel for the Elderly”
Nice hotel for the elderly (which I'm not). Room was small but clean - comfortable beds, food was average and most times cold and entertainment not so good. “Don’t go there if you are coeliac.”
On the whole not a bad hotel but don’t go there if you are coeliac, nothing is labeled, you have to find a chef to go round all the dishes to tell you if they are gluten free.
