Excellent customer experience and warmth at a time when I was feeling quite low. I chose a sea view room, and upgraded to Privilege service on arriving at the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Augoustino(Client Service Manager) and Sandra(A la Carte Restaurant) went the extra mile to make my short stay very enjoyable. I also commend the Reception Team, Rosa(House keeping Team) and The Bar Team who were always happy to serve delicious mocktails. Lovely meals and excellent views of the sea. Right on the promenade so easy to walk to shops, the beach or restaurants. I will definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting with family.

We enjoyed it here so much we have booked again in August, From the moment we were greeted at reception until we said our farewells it was perfect. All the staff Reception, cleaners, restaurant staff, bar staff, housekeeping, the pool attendants and security staff were all professional, attentive, courteous. Great pool area, great restaurant with plenty of options, relaxing bar area. The location was perfect for us and what we wanted to do. Plenty shops bars cafes and restaurants near by in a respectful quieter area. I left my phone on a table and this was handed in at reception for me by the security guards. It was my wife's birthday and we had a bottle of cava in an ice bucket left for us in our room. I used the laundry service and had trousers washed ironed and returned in 3 hours. Couldnt fault this hotel at all.

On the whole not a bad hotel but don’t go there if you are coeliac, nothing is labeled, you have to find a chef to go round all the dishes to tell you if they are gluten free. On the whole not a bad hotel but don’t go there if you are coeliac, nothing is labeled, you have to find a chef to go round all the dishes to tell you if they are gluten free. By the time they have gone round it’s difficult to remember. I had to wait to find someone to get me some gluten free bread. Some restaurant staff don’t know what you are talking about.

“Wont stop there again due to unneceseay charges”

Staff all fantastic apart from customer liaison person . he spoke down to me and he was ariogant . also the hotel charge for a kettle ( £50 ) for 2 weeks .
