When we needed 100% perfection for our first trip abroad in 15yrs, H10 Conquistador did not disappoint. The staff are amazing, very attentive, after only the 1st night they remembered the drinks from the previous evening, facilities are immaculate, we upgraded to the privilege package, which was worth every penny, all inclusive buffet had so many different options and fresh food cooked on site to order, as well as 4 restaurants to choose from! Room was fresh and clean, mini bar was refilled daily… I could go on. On the last day my wife left her mobile phone, the staff ensured this wasn’t going to spoil our stay, they posted it back to us without hesitation. Perfect. We will be back next year.

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and 10month old baby for 10 nights and overall, we had a lovely experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, a couple of minutes walk to the centre of las americas and about 5minute walk to the beach. The pool area is spacious and clean with plenty of loungers and a baby pool and one heated pool. They offered lots of entertainment throughout the day, including bingo, water aerobics, pool and the evening shows were spectacular. The Spanish evening/flamenco show in particular was excellent. The only disappointing evenings were with the karaoke as they were not very popular. It would have been better to just have background music playing. The food was excellent and there was a variety of freshly cooked options every day. As we were half board, it was useful to have the option to change between lunch and dinner sometimes. The restaurant staff and bedroom cleaners were also very friendly and helpful. The hotel reception area and entrance was also decorated for Christmas, which was lovely to see. In terms of areas to improve, the restaurant does not cater particularly well for those with allergies. There is no information about the food, which is very difficult and means you have to guess what is included. No oat milk was offered as an alternative, so we bought some in the supermarket and the staff were happy to keep this in the fridge for our baby. Also, the bedrooms were very small. We were initially put in a newly renovated room with a shower and there was hardly any space to move with the travel cot. I requested a room with a bath and as an alternative, they provided a portable bath on wheels which wouldn’t even fit in the room. The renovated rooms were still in need of improvement though and it seemed as if they had just tried to hide the cracks and paint over things rather than fix them properly. We then moved rooms to one of the older rooms, which was absolutely fine and had a view overlooking the pool. It was quite noisy with the entertainment, but this ended early so wasn’t a problem for us. There was also no iron available at all in the hotel, so I would suggest taking a travel iron if needed. Finally, the reception staff were mainly very rude and not very helpful at all.

A lovely holiday with my granddaughter. The hotel is well maintained. Staff very friendly, we were in a standard room which was more than adequate.beds very comfortable as were the pillows. The food was very good,although a little repetitive. The american steak house was very good. The evening entertainment was in the main excellent,the highlight being the end of summer show party,which was fantastic.
