Perfect location. Truly amazing. Food is exceptional and great staff. The choices are endless and cooked infront of you. We are a family of 5 so have to book 2 rooms interconnecting which cost us just under 7k all inclusive 10 nights but the quality an service is worth it. Mike's cafe shop omg, our kids are obsessed...the cakes are the best and the frappes are lush. The only downside is guest are allowed to sunbathe in the nude!! Yes, nude, which the kids are very embarrassed by this and spoils there pool time as they feel awkward. The women should be ashamed doing that I front of children, its distance a d wrong. Beaches here are not the best, very very rocky but they have man made ones you can enjoy. You have to try here, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing hotel perfect location If your flight is early and you need breakfast before 7,30am make sure you pre order it. I turned up for my breakfast and wasn’t allowed into the food hall. I went to reception and got told did you pre order ?? I said no! No one told me I had to! The receptionist said I had to pre order! Breakfast And basically tuff your not getting any because you didn’t pre order ! Go away ! Very rude. I forgot his name ! Very unhelpful Apart from that i had a lovely 7 days break, the beds were really comfortable and rooms were clean. The poolside was clean and plenty of sun loungers. I never experienced the removal of towels but was told the life guards remove them. People were still saving there sun loungers and going to breakfast. Weather was absolutely shocking. I had to go and buy a jumper !

Room very small not for person with a disability reception staff not able to change room to junior suite. Room clean and serviced daily. Hotel had some repairs needed. Reception staff very helpful. Restaurant staff some where very helpful especially in the scrum for the buffet but others where rude obviously I had caught him on a bad day and did not help with mobility problems. Hotel did not enforce sunbed rule and some where reserved with towels all day with no one on them. On the whole Hotel was quite disabled friendly and entertainment catered for most tastes but noisy at times.

“Excellent hotel & staff with only very minor flaws”

Visited here with my boyfriend at the end of March 2024 into April 2024. First things first would definitely recommend the hotel and, should we visit Tenerife in future, would absolutely stay here again. The staff are fantastic throughout the hotel, from first checking in at reception, pool bar staff, cleaners, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Room was a comfortable size. We had a double room with a sea view (see photo) which was just fantastic to watch the sunset each day before going to evening meal. The air conditioning in the room was not the best but not terrible, just think it could be improved so the room is actually cold. Bathroom is also a good size with big shower cubicle with rainfall shower head. You can have your bed made and towels changed every day but this is your choice and you can have them changed however often you want. Balcony was a lovely place to chill out at the end of the day. The breakfast buffet was sensational, so much choice you could not possibly want any more. Worth the all inclusive premium alone! The food at Bar Mencey (by the pool) was also great too and we would eat here almost every day of our 10 night stay. We were less impressed by the evening buffet though and ate out most nights after the first couple of days. The food wasn't horrible by any stretch just prefer evening food that isn't part of a buffet and kept warm by hot plates. As part of a 10 night all inclusive stay you get 2 evening meals at the on-site a la carte restaurants. We used one of these to eat at the on-site Italian, which again wasn't amazing. One of the waiters unfortunately dropped a plate that spilled some food on me however he could not have been more apologetic and quickly arranged for my clothes to be fully cleaned and ironed with no charge, again just testament to how good the staff were. The location of the hotel is superb, not too far from the nearby Centro Commercial, there's a good number of shops, bars, restaurants and pharmacies nearby, there's also a shop in the hotel downstairs lobby. There's direct access to the promenade from the sea side of the hotel which is handy too. The infinity pool is a great area to chill and the bar tender there who has the Baby Yoda is very cool! All in all, some very minor flaws which make this review 4/5 rather than 5/5, however we loved our stay at this hotel and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others or return again myself.
