Amazing hotel perfect location If your flight is early and you need breakfast before 7,30am make sure you pre order it. I turned up for my breakfast and wasn’t allowed into the food hall. I went to reception and got told did you pre order ?? I said no! No one told me I had to! The receptionist said I had to pre order! Breakfast And basically tuff your not getting any because you didn’t pre order ! Go away ! Very rude. I forgot his name ! Very unhelpful Apart from that i had a lovely 7 days break, the beds were really comfortable and rooms were clean. The poolside was clean and plenty of sun loungers. I never experienced the removal of towels but was told the life guards remove them. People were still saving there sun loungers and going to breakfast. Weather was absolutely shocking. I had to go and buy a jumper !

“Fantastic holiday”

Returned home on 2nd June. Beautiful hotel and fabulous location. Had a fantastic time. Staff very helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough for you. Returned home on 2nd June. Beautiful hotel and fabulous location. Had a fantastic time. Staff very helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough for you. Food in main restaurant was very good with a lot of choice including fish/stir frys/salads/vegetarian choices. Ate in all the other on-site restaurants and all very good, something for everyone. Daily maid service was exceptional and staying as a privilege guest all the extras and privilege lounge and terrace was worth the money. Will definitely be returning. Thanks H10 Conquistador

“Fabulous stay”

What a great time we had at this hotel such a high standard across everything. Staff helpful, food lovely and spotless with daily maid service food exceptional as was evening entertainment

Myself and my wife had a wonderful honeymoon in this lovely hotel . We arrived may 28th for 10 days and i cant really fault it . When we arrived our room was not ready but were given a free drink of our choice at the bar which was very welcome. We upgraded to all inclusive as the Hotel had a special offer and i can honestly say it was well worth the money for the soft drinks, cocktails,beer and ice creams not to mention the beautiful food . Our room was a sea view room , which was small but adequate for us both with included a small fridge and a safe ( you pay for ) . The hotel grounds were lovely with 4 pools including a adult only infinitely pool which was lovely to look over the sea and people watch . A baby pool one very large and deep pool ( i think it was 1.8 metres in most of it) and shallow near the walk in entrance. I also noticed a disabled lift to help people in and out if they wished . There is a pool van bar in the adult pool and the barman there was absolutely fantastic playing lovely music for us to enjoy while chilling on our sunbeds and pool . Top man and everyone said the same . Big pool bar next to the main pool area . The food in the restaurant was lovely so much to choose from and lots of different types of food and fresh cooked areas . The drinks were all branded so no problems there . Overall we loved this hotel ( both 58 years old ) and it suited our needs and we cannot thank the management and staff for a wonderful time . Ok some things i personally HATED one was they have a privilege card in H10 hotels that lets you get many extra things we were not allowed, including a roof top terrace, a sun bed island, and certain things in the indoor pool area , special dinning areas for breakfast and dinner . This made me feel like i was not special and they were, which never makes me feel good . Just me maybe but I didn’t like that . Also its 15 euros for a towel that you get back but every time you take it back you get charged 1euro environmental tax so you probably wont get your money back. Bit of a rip off in my eyes especially if you come with a family. Apart from from that its a wonderful hotel with 4 speciality restaurants that i didnt use so cant comment on them . I would also so this hotel really suits couples or families with under 5 if your children are older possibly not for you as kids can’t really play games , lilos and silliness kids do as the pool guard constantly blowing his whistle to stop anything but swimming . ( one family left the hotel after one day as they got fed up with it ) . But small kids fine young couples, mid and old people will find this perfect like we did .
