This newly furnished and decorated apartment offers 4 bedrooms (3 large ones and 1 slightly smaller), each with a 135cm double bed and each with a small desk and chair for your laptop (WIFI is available all throughout the flat).  All the beds are new and bought in Sept 2013.  The flat offers 1 shower room with basin and WC.  Each bedroom has its own oil electric heater. The lounge is welcoming and has an A/C unit which can also be used as a hot air heater in the winter. The kitchen has all the amenities you would expect to cook for the family or your friends and includes a large fridge, a washing machine, and a microwave as well as an electric oven and stove. The flat is located on the 1st floor (three floors up) but offers a lift. Linen, towels, soap and shampoo are prepared before your arrival. The consumption of electricity will be your own responsibility.  We take note of the meter on your way in and on your way out and charge you as per the current rates applied by the electric company of Barcelona. Wi-Fi and ADSL included as well as telephone for free local calls and receiving calls from abroad at no charge to you! There are several public car parks in the area and around the city.  Our welcome letter once you have booked will give you tips on where to park in the city centre for a little as 20 euro per day.   Parties are NOT allowed. No young groups (25 or older).  A cleaning fee of 60 euro and a 250 euro security deposit will be requested on arrival. We reserve the right to keep the deposit in case of complaints from the neighbors, smell of smoke, or damage. For 3 night minimum stays that include Friday and Saturday, a 100 euro supplemental will be added to the final accommodation price (effective Apr 1 – Nov 30). Please note that there is a 5-night minimum stay during the Christmas/NYE holidays, MWC, and Easter. This apartment has the official Tourist License from the local authorities. The number of the license is HUTB-007467. Flats not showing such kind of reference may be operating illegally, ask for proof of the license to protect yourself.
