The custom made kitchen has dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, and around its crystal-and-iron dining table up to 6 people can sit up comfortably. The double sofa bed accommodates 3 people max., and it is placed just across from the 32” flat screen TV with DVD player. The bedroom is located on the custom-made mezzanine and features a double bed made of two twin beds to be separated if needed. Divided from the rest of the house by a glass wall, the bathroom is a masterpiece: the recent renovations have preserved the exposed tiled, thus creating a blend of antique and contemporary; the double shower stall is made of opaque glass. Linens and towels provided. Via Fondazza is the birthplace of Giorgio Morandi, Bologna’s most famous painter. Consequently, the apartment bears some traces of his style, such as the painting - featuring some vases - located in the anteroom. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client. The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
