This modern 25 sq mt studio offers a fresh a bright atmosphere with a well planned day and night area. The entrance opens onto a corridor with a console, which leads into the main area where a stainless steel table for 2 stands before the kitchen corner, modern and shiny with its red lacquered cabinets. A skylight lightens up the room and illuminates the table as well as the mirror panels on the large closet, which also add a magnifying effect to the room. To the other side, the double bed lies under a charming window which looks out onto the Parisian rooftops, while directly in front is the TV with DVD player. The bathroom, to the left of the corridor, has been fitted with mirror panels on the walls and a stall shower. Linens and towels provided. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. For check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost to be given in cash at check-in, as follows: Saturday, Sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20 From Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20 Saturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40 Every day 9PM to 7AM - €40. Adult Minimum Age: Check-ins are regularly done between 3 P.M. and 7 P.M. while check-outs are between 9 A.M. and 11 A.M., Mondays to Fridays. Check-ins prior to 3 P.M. are only possible in apartments without a check-out scheduled for the same day, and need written approval by the Company. Extra costs will apply for check ins or check outs outside office hours or on weekends/holidays, and in the case of the Client's delayed arrival. Security Deposit: 300 There is a security deposit due upon arrival.
