This spacious beach house has 4 bedrooms and comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home. This home features an open floor plan with two levels and special beach views. The ground level features the first guest bedroom with a Queen size bed and an in-suite bathroom. Laundry facilities are also located on the ground level. As you go up to the second level, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas. The second level is all open and has double sets of sliding glass doors capturing amazing beach views. This open floor plan allows everyone to be a part of the activities whether watching TV, preparing a meal, or enjoying the fabulous beach views. The large living area allows for family movie nights, or just nights lounging about enjoying each others company. There is large balcony off of the living area that faces the gulf, it features an outdoor seating set and a dining set with a flat screen TV. This house is beautifully decorated with fine furniture & is the most comfortable serene place to be. The three bedrooms are located on the second level. You will find the master suite with a King size bed, large bathroom and a balcony overlooking the beach. The third guest bedroom has a Queen size bed. The fourth guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and a bunk bed (bottom bed is a full). These two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom. All of the bedrooms are comfortable and well furnished. This high end house accommodates a total of 10 guests. Our elegant beach house is the perfect spot for relaxing days on the beach, followed by fabulous sunsets and star-kissed nights. Property’s price includes reasonable use of utilities but NOT pool heating, hot tub/spa heating. An additional charge will be made for these services. 3. Animals/pets are strictly not permitted. 4. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible. 5. The vacation home Safety fence must be kept erected at all times for the safety of children. 6. NOTE: All pool homes have Pool Door Alarms and/or Child Safety Fences. 7. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 8. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 9. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 10. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 11.
