The apartment is located in a country villa fully renovated and refurbished, dating back to XV century on Lake Garda, in the picturesque village of Polpenazze (approx. 30 km from Brescia, 55 km from Verona), halfway between Salò and Desenzano. The Gardagolf Country Club is in the vicinity. The guests benefit from an exclusive atmosphere with some high-end facilities such as pool, with views of the south-western shore of Garda lake, solarium and underground private parking. The apartment is on the ground floor (entrance from the inner courtyard), and it is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor there is the day area, comprising a living room with a double sofa bed and modern TV, and a separate eat-in kitchen fitted with everything you need to cook for family and friends. Upstairs there is the night area, offering two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The apartment comes with private garage. This property does not comprise either private garden or balcony. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client. The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
