This charming 95 sq.mt. apartment opens up directly onto a bright living room fitted with parquet flooring and furnished with a comfortable sleeping sofa, a coffee table, a 42” TV and a dining area with a table for 4 people. The living opens out onto a terrace overlooking Via Cassala, and leads to a fully equipped separate eat-in kitchen, fitted with all necessities including a table for 4 people, a dishwasher, a microwave and a traditional oven. A corridor leads to the sleeping area, comprising a master bedroom and a single bedroom, both fitted with parquet flooring and with access to the terrace. The two bathrooms are also in this part of the house, one fitted with a stall shower and washing machine and the other with bathtub. The apartment is equipped with AC in both bedrooms. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need.
