The apartment is located on the 1th floor; there is no elevator in the building. Enjoy a large breakfasta pleasant dinner on the terrace with a size of 8m2. It is equipped with a table with chairs for up to 4 persons. In the living room with its modern sofa you will pass a pleasant time reading a good bookjust enjoy your free time. There is no air conditioning in the accommodation, but we are pleased to supply fans – please ask before. The kitchen offers you everything you will need for your holidays: kettle, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge and much more. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. Pets are not allowed. The location of the apartment is perfect because you have everything you may need in walking distance: the sand beach, a big variety of restaurants, snack bars, a pharmacy, a drug store, shops, supermarkets, a taxi rank, a medical center and a bus station. The bus goes every 15 minutes to Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Pollençaother directions like Palma. The fine grained sand beach is only 200 meters away from the apartment; you just have to walk down the street. The beach is perfect for toddlers because the swell is moderate and the beach slopes down gently into the water. In Can Picafort you will find lots of restaurants for every kind of taste; fresh fish, excellent meat, pizza and pasta, tapas and typical Majorcan cuisine. If you feel a bit hungry, the numerous snack bars offer sandwiches, hamburgers and salads. For your coffeetea break you will find lots of cafeterias on the promenade. There are also lots of shops there; beside shops for clothes, shoes and souvenirs you will easily find big and small supermarkets for grocery shopping. The next big supermarkets are located on the main road direction Puerto de Alcúdiathe other side to Son Serra de Marina. You will find also 2 gas stations there. By carbus you could easily reach other nice beach areas like Playa de Muro, Playa de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Alcúdia old town, Puerto de AlcúdiaPuerto de Pollença. The old town of Alcúdia with its little cobbled streets is a must see. Visit the old squares, the church and the town walls where you can also walk around the top of the old town. Lots of small bars and good restaurants invite you to stop off for a coffeea snack and take it all in. On Tuesday and Sunday there is market day in Alcúdia and the town turns into a busy place with lots of people. Don’t forget to visit the Roman Ruins including a villa, a bull-ring and an amphitheatre.
