Cane Island is a pristine gated community with a beautifully decorated 3,700 sq ft. clubhouse, state of the art fitness center, sauna, game room, full service kitchen and social room. The amenity center also hosts a covered spa, large sparkling pool & sun deck…all of which overlook a pond with lighted fountain. Each luxurious unit includes a complete state of the art appliance package (full size washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, glass top range & dishwasher). There are numerous upgrades including granite countertops in both the kitchen and baths, raised panel cherry cabinets, luxurious ceramic tile and lots of windows to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine and water views. Each home has a covered porch to relax outdoors after a busy day at the Parks ***Private Pool Heating: As is typical for the Orlando area vacation rentals, pool heating is optional and particularly from May – October usually is not necessary. If you desire pool heat, additional charges of approximately $25 - $45 per day apply and are paid directly to the property manager. Property’s price includes reasonable use of utilities but NOT pool heating, hot tub/spa heating. An additional charge will be made for these services. 3. Animals/pets are strictly not permitted. 4. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible. 5. The vacation home Safety fence must be kept erected at all times for the safety of children. 6. NOTE: All pool homes have Pool Door Alarms and/or Child Safety Fences. 7. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 8. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 9. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 10. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 11. The management company/agents reserve the right to remove occupiers from the Vacation home (without refund) for breaching any of the booking conditions.
