Best place to stay when travelling through Barcelona Sants station. Spacious rooms comfortable beds, rain forest showers but most important of all, the staff who make you feel like you are staying in your own home. Highly recommend staying here for pleasure or business

The hotel is located at a very convenient place, just right above the Barcelo Sants station, easy access to the train and metro stops. In general, the room is very clean and simple, I stayed 3 nights (by different date) in the same floor, the only inconvenience is the sound proof from outside is quite poor, because at my first night of stay, Friday night, there was a very loud music and drum sound from I don’t know where until very late of night, I could not have a good rest and I called the reception to point out the problem, the staff helped to change my room immediately, which I really appreciate this kind service. The breakfast, it is the main reason I like all 4 stars Spanish chain hotels, they always offers large variety of food by different kind of culinary style. You also an order omelets to the on site chef with the ingredients you want. I stay for business trip, I recommend this hotel to all travelers who have needs of clean and nice hotel services.

Well sited hotel above sants station which is great for transport links. It has a space /moon theme which i found odd. The room was small (Statospheric), with car park view, but clean, with comfortable bed. The staff were efficient But The breakfast was like being in a rushed work canteen. There was a conference at the time in the hotel, the breakfast buffet was crowded and noisy, a lot of the food wasn’t available, the coffee undrinkable. Not a nice experience. As i was staying to use the station below, i didn't have time to go somewhere else. Its an expensive hotel which isnt providing the level of service that the rate charged requires.
