The complex offers several flats to let and some luxury facilities, such as pool with solarium, garden and underground parking. The apartment is accessed from the inner courtyard (with elevator or stairs) and is located on the 2nd floor. Going upstairs you find a stunning open gallery -on the 1st floor- whilst before the entrance door there is a spacious sheltered verandah with exposed beams and skylights, converted into an elegant relaxation area with table and chairs. Step into the living room and be inspired: the reception room offers a 60sq.mt floor surface with high ceilings (5 meter high), skylights and exposed beams. It is composed of a dining room with a 8-seater table, a fully-fitted kitchen and a living corner with both a double sofa bed and a single bed. Further down the living room there is a hallway leading to the two bathrooms, with shower and washing machine, and the four bedrooms: two of them come with a double bed and a wardrobe, whilst the other two are furnished with a single bed each, desk and wardrobe. From the bedrooms you enjoy ample views of the garden. From the courtyard and the veranda you can walk upstairs to the solarium and the pool, both with views of the south-western shore of Garda lake. The apartment comes with private garage. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client. The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
