The rooms have been recently renovated so they are really nice, large, clean, and comfortable. The kitchenette included basic dishes, cutlery, a microwave, stovetop, and mini fridge, but there are no pantry staples. There are grocery stores nearby. There is an elevator but there is a short flight of stairs to reach it. There is someone at reception 24/7. All staff I met were so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. Right by a metro station, 10 min walk to Gran Via, with lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. I was able to walk to most major sites within 20 min. You can also Uber or taxi but the streets nearby are narrow and can get jammed up so it sometimes takes just as long as walking. There are still currently renovations happening on some floors, but it wasn’t disruptive to me. The rooms are not really sound-proofed as advertised. Conversations in the hallway came through very clearly (though noise from outside did not). The neighbourhood is a great one to stay in for a fun, hip vibe. As a solo female traveller from a big city, I felt very safe walking home late at night. But Madrid is a city with typical issues, so be aware of your surroundings. I would definitely stay here again!

Came here for a weekend stay in Madrid and it's location was ideal for visiting the sights around the city and right next to Tribunal station. Reception were very friendly and helpful when needed and had no issues while staying in the place. The room we had was spacious with a small kitchenette and plenty of cupboard space which would have been good for a longer stay. As a 3* Aparthotel this place does really well and the only real fault we had was the breakfast wasn't that fresh although having a grill instead of a toaster was a nice idea as you had a better idea of when your toast was ready.

This hotel is partially renovated (the bathrooms), but exceptionally clean. There is no air conditioning, but if cold air needed, there is a fan with water mister that cools the air. We were there in September and didn't need any cooling. There is coffee and tea in the kitchenette, but we had to ask for a kettle to boil water. There is a garage under the hotel, just don't come with a big car, you might not fit into the curve. The only reason I didn't put 5 stars was the not very important but inconvenient fact of missing dishwasher liquid and sponge (that was generously offered by the cleaning lady when we asked for it), stove buttons and shower carpet. Otherwise this is a very good hotel with acceptable sound insulation. There is also free Wi-Fi, but very slow. Rooms are spacious.

“A tired hotel......”

A very centric but tired hotel. Price not too cheap either, but I did stay over the weekend when the Tour of Spain finished in Madrid so guess hotel rooms were at a premium. Rooms are bland and cheaply maintained. The bath was painted to bring it back to life were the bathroom tiles. The former in white paint, the latter in a light brown that did not inspire and one can only assume came cheap! The room itself was relatively large, although the bedroom area was small, as was the bed. I am unfortunately 6ft 4" tall and my feet hung over the end. My room also had a small kitchen, nothing special but it could provide a source of cheap meals if one prefers to cook and eat in. The hotel does provide a room to store luggage post check-out.
