There are fans available on request. The living-dining room with views to the sea is the perfect place to relax, watch TV, organize a meal with your family or have a little nap. There is WIFI and satellite TV with English channels. The independent kitchen is equipped with vitro, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, blender, toaster and a lot more. The kitchen has access to a 8 m2 terrace. You will also find washing machine, iron and ironing board. The main terrace is the best of the house due to the views to the bay. It is furnished with table and chairs; the perfect place for having breakfast before a day full of activities. Please mind that pets are not allowed. You can park your car without charge in front of the house on the street; there is always a free parking space available. The area is very quiet, as not many neighbours are around. You can still feel the fishermen lifestyle of years ago. In the past, fishermen used to go fishing with their “llaüts” (Majorcan traditional boats) and then go to the Lonja in Alcudia to sell it. From this lovely house you will be able to do some walking or cycling trips: Costa del Cap del Pinar, Albufereta de Pollença or visit the medieval town of Alcudia which still conserves its impressive wall.
