As you walk in, a small corridor leads to the living room, fitted with a kitchen corner (incl. kettle, gas cooker, oven and fridge), a table for 6, a sofa bed (for two), a coffee table and a TV. The balcony enjoys views of the ski facilities and the surrounding valley. On the right of the corridor, a thick curtain separates the first double bedroom from the day area; then you find the master bedroom furnished with a double bed, night tables, lamps and closet. The apartment comes with a small bathroom with shower and mirror. Linens and towels provided. The apartment is also suitable for the disabled. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. Moreover, if you're travelling "light" in the wintertime (without ski-equipment), you can rent it at a lower price directly at the Residence La Splaza. Security Deposit: 300 There is a security deposit due upon arrival. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client. The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
