Neither the Owner, their managing or booking agents shall be liable for the non-availability of any facility or amenity, whether advertised or not, irrespective of whether these are described as being part of the resort the accommodation is located on, or as being associated with it. All such facilities and amenities are controlled and managed by 3rd party organizations and individuals over which the Owner, their managing and booking agents have no control. YOU MUST ALL HAVE PERSONAL INSURANCE TO COVER ACCIDENTAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL EXPENSES ETC, AND PERSONAL POSSESSIONS ARE NOT COVERED BY PROPERTY OWNERS INSURANCE. Care of the Property: You agree to treat the property with care and consideration and to inform us of any damage you have caused as soon as possible. All rentals are subject to the conditions that clients will pay for any damages caused by them during their occupancy of the property. In the unlikely event that you have caused damage to the property or contents, which requires repair or replacement. Please be assured that we will do everything to minimize the costs to you. Any items which have been broken should not be replaced. We will inform you of the cost, for which we will require payment and we will replace the articles ourselves. Cleaning / Maid Service: You will find the property clean and tidy when you arrive. Rates include for cleaning and linen change at the end of each booking. Should you require regular additional cleaning it is possible for this to be arranged in advance at an additional cost. Cleaning utensils and appliance are provided in the apartment should you require them. Linen and Towels: All bedding is provided. Should you require additional changes, then this can be arranged in advance and at additional cost. All hand and bath towels are provided. There is a washing machine in the apartment for additional cleaning if required. Pool / beach /sun bed towels are not provided. Utilities: The cost for the use of tap water, electricity and gas is for the most part included in the rental price. However, some accommodations have electric meters fitted and these are "pay as you go" meters. These meters are set at standard municipality rates for the times of usage and cards can be purchased from the local management agent. Valuables: Any valuables left at the property are left at your own risk. We are not responsible for their loss and we therefore recommend that you take out the appropriate personal travel insurance. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. When smoking outside the apartment all cigarette ends and ash must be cleared away
