This home is ideal for families with older children, multi-generational families or families vacationing together. We will provide a crib, pack ‘n’ play, high chair and stroller for those with younger children. The upstairs washer/dryer are just off the loft which features a large screen LED TV and provides a second gathering area. Our fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, pendant lights, and crown molding throughout. The open concept layout allows for entertaining. Multi-track, full-height sliding doors open fully to the enclosed pool/spa area merging the indoor living space with the outdoor. The outdoor area features a south facing, completely private, pool with a spa and lanai allowing the perfect balance of sun and shade. Recess lighting creates an ideal atmosphere for late night relaxation after a day at the parks. The full width child safety fence is provided to prevent young children from going into the pool when not supervised.
