“Beautiful”

“Amazing Resort!!!!”
Our stay was fantastic. I’ve been to Cuba 4 times and this my favourite resort. The food was great, entertainment was amazing and our rooms were so close to the beach! Sol at the daycare was amazing taking care of my little girl, the bartenders were so friendly. 5 stars

“Great people, awful facilities”
Service staff was great, from servers to bartenders, to cleaning personnel to front desk, everyone was very polite and friendly but the reason to give this hotel 3 star is the horrible conditions of the facilities, lack of safety al around, cockroaches, bad ac, no water pressure among other issue... more
